Pell Progress Schedule for 2007-2008
Starting July 1, 2007, attendance and progress guidelines for financial aid will be the same as your instructor’s PROGRESS PERIOD.
You must maintain 80% attendance each progress period. Progress must be maintained at a 67% CUMULATIVE* rate.
*Cumulative progress is from July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008
KEEPING THE ATTENDANCE AND PROGRESS GUIDELINES GUARANTEES YOUR HOURS WILL BE COUNTED TOWARD YOUR PAY!
Progress period for January 2008
12/23/07 – 01/26/08
Instructors will have Jan 28,29,30 to input progress
Progress period for February 2008
01/27/08 – 02/23/08
Instructors will have Feb. 25, 26, 27 to input progress
Progress period for March 2008
02/24/08 – 03/22/08
Instructors will have March 25, 26 to input progress
Progress period for April 2008
03/23/08 – 04/26/08
Instructors will have April 28, 29, 30 to input progress
Progress period for May 2008
04/27/08 – 05/24/08 (ADULTS ONLY – Secondary students have different cutoff date)
Instructors will have May 27, 28, to input progress
Progress period for June 2008
05/25/08 - 06/30/08
Instructors will have July 1,2,3 to input progress
Formula to check attendance is:
Add total scheduled hours for the progress period
x .20
= hours you can miss to maintain 80% (always roll down)
